are as follows: Point
of Service Plan
Optima Point of Service (POS) Plan is owned by Sentara
Health System, a regional, not for-profit health care system. Sentara
has provided care to Hampton Road area residents for over 100 years
and is committed to improving the health status of our communities
through an integrated network of health care services and health
coverage plans. Optima POS is a health plan featuring both managed

(PCP), or
2. You can go
out-of-network and choose to receive care from any provider you
choose.
