Green Reader Kick-off for NPS students

Keep Norfolk Beautiful and the Norfolk Public Library will kick-off its 12th Annual Green Reader Program on Thursday, March 28 at 9 a.m. at Ingleside Elementary School with guest reader City Manager Marcus Jones. This environmental awareness series features stories themed at litter prevention geared toward Pre-K through 3rd graders from April 1 to April 30.
