NPS Leaders

Norfolk Public Schools’ Leadership

Norfolk Public Schools’ leadership is generally divided into four major divisions:

Academic Affairs (Academics and Schools)

Business and Finance (Accounting, Budget, Payroll, Purchasing)

Information Technology Division (Business Information Services, Data Center Operations, Help Desk, Information Security, Network Services, Student Information Systems, Web Technologies)

Operations (Child Nutrition Services, Human Resources, Pupil Personnel, School Plant Facilities, and Transportation Services)


Additionally, the Department of Communications and the Department of Strategic Evaluation, Assessment and Support report to the Superintendent.
