After serving NPS for 27 years, Debra Walker has turned a new page in her career and recently earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Norfolk State University.Debra has worked in the Special Education Department for the last 15 years as a clerical assistant and is a former substitute teacher. She hopes to continue her service to Norfolk's children as a special education teacher.
