Congratulations to Spelling Bee champion Jared Draper, an eighth grader at Ruffner Academy, who will represent Ruffner Academy and has qualified to compete in the Feb. 11 Scripps National Spelling Bee regional competition sponsored by The Virginia-Pilot.
