Tyler Bage, a ninth-grader at Granby High School, was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Norfolk Sister City Association to visit one of Norfolk's sister city in Germany - Wilhelmshaven. The Norfolk Sister City Association coordinates the activities of Norfolk's sister cities programs, which aim to foster international understanding, friendship and cooperation through people-to-people exchanges between Norfolk and its nine sister cities. Tyler will spend three weeks in Germany this summer, staying with a host family and visiting Berlin.
